Summer Fitness Challenge

Keep yourself motivated this summer by signing up for the Tranquility Med Spa “Summer Fitness Challenge”. The challenge begins June 14th, 2010 and concludes August 21st, 2010; you can join any time, but you have the biggest chance of winning if you participate from start to finish. It’s simple, just earn points and the individual with the most points at the end wins!

Earn one point for each of the following:

Body fat percentage lost – One point for each percent lost.

Bringing your food log in for review (limit 1x / week).

Bringing a friend to one of your workout sessions with Dawn.

Attending personal/partner/group sessions.

Attending SHRED classes.

Completing a 5K walk or run.

Getting a B-12 shot.

Getting a massage.

Individual points will be updated weekly in the fitness room at Tranquility Med Spa with the Top 5 point earners being posted on Facebook and Twitter. This will help you stay on top of the competition.

Now, I’m sure you all want to know what the winner receives. Not only do you get a more confident, healthier you just by participating, but the winner will also receive a $50 Gift Certificate for Tranquility Med Spa and a $50 Gift Certificate for MC Sports.

SHRED this summer

Do you want to loose fat? How about “Shredding” it off? By using high intensity moves and strength training we will create lean muscle mass and blast fat! Each class will offer different combinations to keep your body guessing and burning calories for greater results.

SHRED will be held for 12 consecutive weeks beginning on May 3rd, with both morning and evening sessions. Morning sessions will be from 7:30 to 8:30am on Saturdays and the evening sessions from 6 to 7pm on Mondays. SHRED classes are $9 per class, but purchase 12 or more you save 20% and for purchasing all 24 you save 30%.

The ColoreScience Illuminating Cleanser comes in a mineral powder formula, making it easy to use and safe for the eyes. Just mix about a dime sized amount of the powder and water in your hand and apply. You pick the consistency. Jub rub your hands together and all over your face to activate. Massage in a gentle, circular motion. Rinse when you’re done. It is a deep cleanser that exfoliates while it cleans.

The ColoreScience Illuminating Serums have arrive in”Bronze Kiss” and “Champagne Kiss”. The serums replenish and moisturize your skin and give you the appearance of firmer, fuller and healthier skin. To start with, Tranquility offers The Refresher Facial. This option utilizes a unique combination of botanical ingredients with the focus of soothing and cooling the skin. It helps to maintain your healthy, hydrated skin, but still addresss specific skin conditions.

Another option, The Rejuvenating Facial, is intensely revitalizing. In order to smooth and hydrate the skin our aesthetition applies a facial treatment formulated with hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, & green tea extract. A rich exfoliating mask complements this incredible facial.

The Vibradermabrasion Facial is perfect for those with damaged skin. It removes the top layer of your skin for a fresher look that’s supple and vibrant. The appearance of sun damage, age spots, fine lines, and pigment problems can all be reduced through this type of facial.
