SHRED this summer

Do you want to loose fat? How about “Shredding” it off? By using high intensity moves and strength training we will create lean muscle mass and blast fat! Each class will offer different combinations to keep your body guessing and burning calories for greater results. 

SHRED will be held for 12 consecutive weeks beginning on May 3rd, with both morning and evening sessions. Morning sessions will be from 7:30 to 8:30am on Saturdays and the evening sessions from 6 to 7pm on Mondays. SHRED classes are $9 per class, but purchase 12 or more you save 20% and for purchasing all 24 you save 30%.
